Short lived brit soul trio
An evolution of 52nd Street. After the group's disbanding, singer - songwriter Diane Charlemagne with synthesizer and bass player Tony Bowry and the group's drummer for their live concerts Myke Wilson formed Cool Down Zone releasing just one album, produced by John Barnes and four singles before disbanding in 1993 due to lack of commercial success. Their biggest hit is "Heaven Knows" (No.52 in the UK chart). Diane Charlemagne went on to join euro dance act Urban Cookie Collective, Tony Bowry became a session bassist and Myke Wilson went on to play for Swing Out Sister.
