Popular humorist, composer, singer, and drummer born July 31, 1935, Montreal, Québec. Married with [a=Judi Richards] from [a=Toulouse (2)]. Collaborated with Rock band [a1579688]. He was the owner of La Boîte À Yvon.

He abandoned his short career as a musician and opened, in 1966, the restaurant "Le Saint-Amable" in Old Montreal in association with Clémence Desrochers. They set up a small "Boîte À Chansons" named "La Boîte À Clémence" where they set up with [a2994580], Revues "Le Monde Sont Drôle" and "Sois Toi-Même". It was in this Revue, which premiered on November 15, 1967, that the famous character of the exploited worker and the "good boss" appeared for the first time. In the summer of 1967, La Boîte à Clémence hosted the magazine Terre Des Bums with Robert Charlebois, Mouffe and Jean-Guy Moreau.
