The childhood friends, both from musical families, became members of Prince's band and appeared in the movies "Purple Rain" & "Under The Cherry Moon". After Prince disbanded The Revolution they formed in 1987 the duo Wendy & Lisa and built up a second foothold by writing/recording music for various film & TV productions like NBC's "[url=https://www.discogs.com/release/2662636]Heroes[/url]", or Showtime’s "[url=https://www.discogs.com/release/3367303]Nurse Jackie[/url]".
