Ustad Amir Hussain Khan

Legendary Indian tabla player, the doyen of the Farrukhabad gharana – performer, composer and teacher. He was born October 1899 in a village called Bankhanda in Meerut District, in the former United Provinces of British India (now Uttar Pradesh, India) and died January 5, 1969.
