    Hard / Blues Rock Band in Quechua from Ayacucho, Peru

    Formed by musicians from Ayacucho and Andahuaylas, founded by Freddy Ortiz which started playing Nirvana's Covers in Quechuua Language. The Name of the Band is Quechua Word that means "Ash". Mixes Andean Music, Hard Rock and Blues. Lyrics are in Quechua Language accompanied by the deep sound of the Waqra Puku (a musical wind instrument made of bovine horns from the Peruvian Andes) and the enigmatic scissors dancers. Awarded for their cultural contribution with the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega Medal and by the Congress of the Republic for their work in spreading the Quechua Language (2015).
