Rock Band from Lima, Peru

Led by Daniel F, one of the Most Important Bands of the Underground Peruvian Rock Scene of the 80's, one of the few which compose their own songs and in spanish. Their name is a misspelling of the Spanish Word Leucemia (meaning Leukemia). Played Rock and Roll and were linked with the Punk Movement. In the 90's their music turned to Progressive Rock and Experimental Music. Influenced by Ramones and Pink Floyd. Supporting Band of Los Prisioneros (2002) and Kiss in Lima (2009). Peruvian Bands made a [url=https://www.discogs.com/es/Various-Tributo-A-Leusemia-1983-2003/release/10399266]Tribute Album [/url] (2003) in honour to their career. Their Album [url=https://www.discogs.com/es/Leusemia-Hospicios-Los-%C3%9Altimos-Ciudadanos-De-La-S%C3%A9ptima-Casa-De-La-Obscuridad/release/5474234]Hospicios[/url] (2004) sold 10,000 copies in 3 days reaching Platinum Disc in Peru. Took part of the Lima Hot Festival 2 (2010).
