British radio and club DJ, born in London on 7 January 1964.

DJ on London's Kiss FM from when it was a pirate radio station in the mid-1980s through to its legal launch before leaving in 1996 to joined BBC Radio 1. He later moved to 1Xtra and Radio 2.
Worked in A&R at Cooltempo and Cooltempo in the 1990s.
Hosted the MTV Base show from 1998 and has presented and appeared on numerous TV programmes.
In 2002 was awarded the MBE for his charitable work.
Father of Mali Larrington-Nelson aka Shy One.
