Tommy McLain

Tommy McLain (born March 15, 1940 in Jonesville, Louisiana, USA) is an American swamp pop musician, best known as a singer but who also plays keyboards, drums, bass guitar, fiddle and bagpipe.


In 1966, McLain recorded the song "Sweet Dreams", which hit #15 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart. His other known recordings include "Try To Find Another Man" (with Clint West). He also wrote [a=Freddy Fender (2)]'s single "If You Don't Love Me Alone (Leave Me Alone)".
