The Rutles are a satirical band mirroring The Beatles.
The "prefab four," as they appear in the film "All You Need Is Cash," are Dirk McQuickly (Eric Idle), Barry Wom (John Halsey), Stig O'Hara (Ricky Fataar) and Ron Nasty (Neil Innes). The band that originally performed the music in the film and on their records consisted of Innes, Halsey, Fataar, guitarist Ollie Halsall and bassist Andy Brown.
