Eric Idle

English comedian, actor, author, singer and songwriter, born March 29, 1943 in South Shields, Tyne and Wear, England. He was married to Lyn Ashley from 1969 to 1975 (divorced). He is best known for being a member of Monty Python and The Rutles as Dirk McQuickly.
