One of the most popular and successful Jamaican gospel groups, the Grace Thrillers were founded in 1971 by Noel Willis. Initially a traditional gospel group, in the 1980s and 1990s they developed a more modern sound featuring reggae, dancehall, and soca arrangements by Ashley "Grub" Cooper.
