The Fureys & Davey Arthur

About

Irish male folk band of four brothers and their friend Davey Arthur. Finbar & Eddie Furey played together as a duo in the 1960s, while George, Paul and Davey played together as The Buskers. In 1978, they joined together and became the Fureys and Davey Arthur. Davey Arthur left the group in 1993 (though he returned for a number of recordings until he had a stroke in 2014) and they continued as The Fureys.
