Sol Kaplan

American pianist, conductor and film score composer (born April 19, 1919 in Philadelphia; died November 14, 1990 in Manhattan). Kaplan was under contract at [l=MGM] and at [l=20th Century Fox]. He wrote music for dozens of films including the 1953 films [i]Titanic[/i] and [i]Niagara[/i].
