Peter Maxwell Davies

Sir Peter Maxwell Davies CH CBE (born 8 September 1934, Salford, Lancashire, England – died 14 March 2016, Hoy, Orkney Islands) was an English composer and conductor. In 2004 he was made Master of the Queen's Music.
