Peo Jönis

Swedish musician, singer and conductor, born May 13, 1947 in Falun, died in October 2022.

He toured for 20 years together with [a1521126] and in 1983-89 was a member of [a840058]'s Family Four. In the early 1990s, he formed the group Peo Jönis' [a6213904] – an all-female big band. The band was in 1993-95 the house band in the TV program Det kommer mera. The group has been active until 2022 with Jönis as bandleader. In the years 2006-2015, he ran Torpshammar manor in Medelpad.

He is the father of [a6213905].
