Nora Guthrie
American dancer and archivist, born January 2, 1950 in New York City, New York, USA. Following a successful career in modern dance, since 1992 she has been involved in preserving the legacy of her father's work. In 1994, Nora co-founded the [l=Woody Guthrie Archives] with Harold Leventhal and archivist Jorge Arevalo. President of [l=Woody Guthrie Foundation].
Mother of Anna Canoni. Daughter of Woody Guthrie & Marjorie Guthrie and sister of Arlo Guthrie & [a=Joady Guthrie]. Granddaughter of Aliza Greenblatt and niece of Mary Jo Guthrie-Edgmon. Aunt of Cathy Guthrie, Annie Guthrie, Abe Guthrie and Sarah Lee Guthrie.
