Navicon Torture Technologies is a power electronics/death industrial/power noise project from Nyack, New Yourk, USA. Started in 1997, ended in 2009, when Lee Bartow started his new project Theologian.

Formed in 1997 by Lee Bartow (electronics, vocals), Scott Walker (guitar, bass) and Elle Gaston (vocals).
Elle Gaston left later in 1997, and in early 1998 Christian Mesiano joined on guitar and vocals.
Scott Walker left later in 1998, and in early 1999 Christian Mesiano left as well, and since that time Navicon Torture Technologies became a solo project of Lee Bartow (with some occasional collaborators while not being official members).

In 2022 Navicon Torture Technologies was resurrected by Lee Bartow and Scott "Solitude" Walker to mark the 25th anniversary of their first release on Annihilvs ([r4077000] (1997)).
