Anenzephalia was one of the first artists to be signed by Tesco Organisation. B. Moloch is the man behind the project, often helped by Genocide Organ's frontman Wilhelm Herich, therefore Anenzephalia are sometimes refered to as a side-project of Genocide Organ, even if actually they are not. The project ended in 2014, but returned for a live performance at the 30th anniversary festival of Tesco Organization on the 27th of October, 2017 and paused live activities again until September 16th, 2023 when Brigant Moloch presented a new male/female lineup with 50/50 vocal duties at a festival in Germany.
