    Latin jazz / boogaloo percussionist (timbales), songwriter and orchestra leader, he grew up in Spanish Harlem, began as timbalero in his 10, moved to Los Angeles in the mid-1950s, where he recorded his only album "Latino Con Soul" in 1966, he retired from music in the '70s.
