    Traditional Kentucky fiddler, lived 1924-2011. Due to his work as a salesman of coal mining equipment, Fraley traveled a lot and as such recorded very little music until the 1970s, when he retired. Once retired, Fraley devoted a great deal of time to preserving fiddling and teaching and encouraging the next generation to take up fiddling.
