Howard Johnson (born August 7, 1941, in Montgomery, Alabama; died January 11, 2021 in New York City) is an American musician, mainly known for his work with tuba and baritone saxophone, although he plays also bass clarinet, other reed instruments, cornet and penny whistle.


Note! Do not mistake with Howard Johnson, a swing alto saxophonist.
