Hostile Groove is/was a three-piece metal band from Los Angeles, California, they combind groove metal and rapcore but play's the style with brutal riffs, lyrics and screams. (real genre is debatable) Started as a four-piece project in 1995. Shawn McPherson (vocals) has learned how to write lyrics and play the guitar, then started his own band with Aric Wright and Dan Welby in 2003. He started his own recording studio in LA and the CD unleash the Massattack was made, few songs we're featured in the top hit video game Dead Rising by capcom. The bands future EP was never released. And it's unknown to what happened. Other than shawn has made few industrial songs for other capcom games.
