Born on January 29, 1902, in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi; died May 1986 in Tutwiler, Mississippi. McMullan played with Charley Patton in the 1920s. McMullan stopped playing the blues after joining a church in the 1930s. Recorded by Gayle Dean Wardlow in the 1960s.
