Freshly Riots

About

Danish punk group formed October 1980 in Gedsted (Northern Jutland) by vocalist Bo Led Andersen, keyboard player P.G., guitarist Tjalfe Iversen, bassist Mike Hammer and drummer Christian Frank. In 1982 the band released two self-recorded cassette tapes Enola Gay and Perhaps and the EP Delightfully Fresh. In August 1983 Iversen was replaced by Lars Gösta. This lineup recorded the LP Hope, released in May 1984. Around this point in time Andersen left the band. Hammer took over the role as lead vocalist and the band shortened it's name to Freshly. The band self-released all their music on their own label Bondeskiver.
