Denver, Boise & Johnson

Formerly The Mitchell Trio. After Joe Frazier left the group, David Boise joined the group. After recording one LP ("Alive!") Mike Kobluk left and was replaced by Michael Johnson. Since there were no longer any original members, Chad Mitchell no longer allowed them to use his name. So, they became Denver, Boise & Johnson.
