    Greek-Dutch singer and lyricist. She lives and owns a women's fashion store in Volendam, the Netherlands. Born 16 Nov. 1973 in Athens, Attica, Greece. She is the lead singer on the non-instrumental Tol & Tol tracks, e.g. the 1989 hitsingle Eleni. Together with her mother Marie Tol/Maria Vamvakari and her sister Gella Vamvakari she formed The Thesalonikis, who did the backing vocals and choirs on several Tol & Tol tracks. All three also wrote lyrics for these Tol & Tol tracks. Corina wrote the lyrics on Gaménni Kardia.


    Corina also released some solo singles under the ANV Corine, which were produced by her uncles Cees Tol and Thomas Tol in the late 90's. In 2000 she recorded a CD with Nikos Ignatiadis and a solo CD in 2008 Mystiko. She's married and has two children Eleni (2003), who is named after the hitsingle, and Irini (2009).

    She's a cousin of Thomas Tol's son Kees Tol. Her father was Στέλιος Βαμβακάρης, Stelios Vamvakaris, a Greek bouzouki ciruoso and composer.
