Country music singer Born on 12 November 1950 in Knobel, Arkansas, U.S. In 1968 she moved to Nashville and after some unsuccessful releases at [l=Kapp Records] and [l=MCA Records], [a=Billy Sherrill] signed her at [a=Columbia]. Her biggest hit is 1973's "The Teddy Bear Song"
