Στέλλα Μπεζαντάκου

Stella Bezantakou born in 1969, is a Greek pop singer and entertainer. In 2003, Stella took part in Bar, a Greek reality show. Two months later she was noticed by an executive from Sony and was offered a 2-album record deal. Her self-titled debut was released in September 2003, peaking at #1 for thirteen consecutive weeks and spawning 2 mega hit singles, "Σαν μπλουζάκι" and "Εγώ είμαι η Στέλλα". Having sold more than 100,000 copies in less than 4 months, the album was certified 3x platinum and was named Album of the Year. In January 2006, during one of her interviews, a newly-married Stella stated she would put her career on hiatus to focus on being a housewife.
