Zoran Predin (born on 16 June 1958 in Maribor) is a Slovenian musician, poet and songwriter. He is famous for his chansons and ambiguous lyrics and also for his music which he has written for a number of Slovenian films, television serials and theatre performances.
On 18 June 1979 he joined the rock band Zeus as their new vocalist. The band was influenced by Predin's cynicism, sarcasm and flair for parody which was also reflected in the name-change to Lačni Franz (Hungry Franz). Some ten years later he started his solo career which he focused on after the break up of Lačni Franz in 1994.
