Zohra is a Belgian artist of Moroccan descent, born in Belgium September 8, 1975 and based in Brussels. She's a DJ, dancer, singer, former model and sometime actress. She started out as a professional dancer at nightclubs all over Europe already when she was 16. That led to contacts in the music business, and her musical carreer started in 1996 when she became a member of trio 2 Fabiola with musician Pat Crimson and dancer Fabio Ponente. They had sveral hits not only in Belgium, but also in Spain, Japan, Russia...
In 1999, she left the group after a couple of singles and two albums. She released five solo singles between 1997 and 2000. In October 2001, Zohra formed the project Punk City together with producer Kris Vanderheyden, but it only resulted in the single The Mission in 2003. She then concentrated on a career as a TV actress, before returning as a DJ and a DJ instructor for kids..
