In 2002, Marçal Prats released his first techno-house remix of London-based singer and actress Linda John Pierre's song 'Night People' by The Cat & Mr. Cool. During the mixing and mastering process, he meets the prestigious Dj and producer David Gausa; Gausa is also the successful radio host of the EDM radio station FlaixFM, Barcelona (www.flaixfm.cat). He began a long collaboration for more than ten years as a graphic designer for Gausa's brand-new house music label, Sutil Records. Twenty years later, Marçal continues combining his role as a graphic designer, art director, and enthusiast photographer with his exciting work in music production. Marçal started his interest in electronic music in the 80s, fascinated by High-Energy, Italo-Dance, and its hypnotic arpeggiated baselines. He was soon seduced by the birth of House Music and the crunchy 303 analog sounds of Acid-House. In the mid-90s, during his first visit to London, he was again seduced by Drum&Bass, Big Beat, and IDM. In the first half of the 2000s, Progressive House came to stay as his electronic choice style.
