Indian Mohan veena player and guitarist, born 27 July 1950 in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Creator of the Mohan veena, a modified Hawaiian guitar. Father of Salil Bhatt, brother Shashi Mohan Bhatt and Manju Mehta, and uncle of Krishna Bhatt.
He won a Grammy in 1994 for the album A Meeting by the River with Ry Cooder. In 2002, he received the Padma Shri, and the Padma Bhushan in 2017.
