“Urban Astronauts” are one of the first bands of the new ‘Rocktronica’ genre. They are based in London and brainchild of UK producer & DJ Matt Darey. The forthcoming album features various guest singers including Lucia from UK band Sunscreem, Bobo from Berlin, Larry Love from Alabama 3, Kristy Thirsk from Delerium, Christian Burns and others. Urban Astronauts fuses rock influences with the latest cutting edge electronic production creating a fresh take on the band concept. The teaser debut EP is out now featuring 3 tracks with all with a distinctive edge and influences from grunge to Indie.
