Japanese composer, arranger, producer and keyboardist, born 23 April 1949, Tokyo - died 14 February 2023. He was the keyboardist for the Moonriders. He is sometimes credited with composing the sound logo that plays when the original PlayStation is turned on, but this startup sound was composed by Takashi Fujisawa, and Okada was responsible for the sound logo for the PlayStation commercials.
