Member of the groups Change and Atlantic Starr during the early and mid-1980s. Later became a successful producer with Jive Records working with artists such as R. Kelly, Britney Spears Backstreet Boys, Hi-Five and Joe. In 2004 he organized the signing of Chris Brown to Jive Records.
