Finnish Thromdarr has been founded in 1989 as Necrobiosis, a name they dropped soon and changed to Thromdarr. Since 1991 they share their drummer with doom gods Skepticism, since 2007 also their singer and second guitarist. They describe themselves as "an old school metal band [..], performing epical, melodic and powerful metal music with 80's heavy metal and black/death metal nuances."
