Thomas Truax (pronounced troo-aks) is an American musician, performer and maker of instruments, originating from New York City. He creates unusual music with loop pedals, guitars, imaginative lyrics and home-made instruments such as The Hornicator or Mary Poppins or [a13786693]. He is sometimes labelled a steampunk musician for that reason.
