The Twist Connection are a Portuguese rock group, formed in 2015 by Carlos "[a=Kaló]" Mendes (former [a=Tédio Boys], [a=Bunnyranch], etc.) on vocals and drums, Sérgio Cardoso (former [a=Wraygunn]) on bass and Samuel Silva ([a=Los Saguaros]) on guitar, they released their first album "Stranded Downtown" on October 2016, recorded and produced by João Rui and Jorri from [a=A Jigsaw] at [url=https://www.discogs.com/label/1401811]Blue House Studios[/url] in Coimbra, in 2018 they released their 2nd album "The Twist Connection" in June, the record featured Raquel Ralha from [a=Wraygunn] on vocals on several tracks, and it was once again recorded and produced by João Rui, Raquel also joined the group as a guest on some live dates as their second vocalist and percussionist.
