English pop and psychedelic rock group formed in York in 1965, best known for their 1967 song "My Friend Jack" which was banned from airplay by the BBC for its obvious drug references but managed to reach #45 regardless. The band would continue to release singles and perform until 1976 when they finally disbanded.
