The Lothars

American quartet formed by Kris Thompson and Jon Bernhardt in the late 1996. Kris was involved in several Boston bands, including Nisi Period and Abunai!. Jon has played in The Pee Wee Fist and U.V. Protection. The Lothars take their name from the 1960s band Lothar And The Hand People, in which Lothar was the name of a theremin.
