Psychedelic/indie rock project by American musician Chris Otepka. Otepka started to play as a solo artist under the name The Heligoats when he moved to Chicago in 1998 to attend Columbia College. When Troubled Hubble broke up in 2005, Otepka revived The Heligoats with alternating band members.
