Honky-tonk and western swing band based in Texas. Cornell Hurd formed the band in the Bay Area of California in 1977, following previous bands The Original Mondo Hotpants Orchestra and Cornell Hurd And His Mondo Hot Pants Orchestra. Hurd and other members relocated to Austin, Texas in 1989 and 1990.
