The Afterveins are a new wave/psychedelica/indie from Rotterdam, the city of labour. The band is influenced by artists like: The Sound, Nick Drake, The Feelies and The Brian Jonestown Massacre. The band performed along with bands like Vox von Braun and Chino Ayala (Indian Asking). They also toured France together with Bermuda Square in July 2013, won the big prize of Rotterdam in November, played at Altersonic Noorderslag in januari 2014, released their debut LP on the 13th of march and played on big festivals like Motel Mozaique, Bevrijdings (Liberation Day) festival Rotterdam, Metropolis festival and Oerol festival, Terschelling.
