Symfomania

Symfomania - girls instrumental band from Kyiv, Ukraine. The style of the band can be described as symphonic rock, neoclassic, cello metal. The group includes a string quartet (two violins, viola, cello), as well as electro-harps, keyboards and percussion instruments. Symfomania appeared on the basis of the classical quartet, created by students of the Petr Tchaikovsky music academy in the spring of 2004. The repertoire was originally composed of classical works and popular melodies, which the members of the group performed in their own arrangement. Since the end of 2008, the band has been called Symfomania and in 2009 released the debut album "Empire", in which the most valuable material has been collected since the band was created. In 2009, Symfomania recorded the second album - instrumental covers, based on the the Russian metal band [a=Ария] songs. It was released in 2010 on CDs in Russia and Ukraine.
