Streicher

Power electronics and industrial noise project of Ülex Xane. Streicher was the first power electronics project to exist in the Southern Hemisphere (formed in 1984). Xane's mail contact with [l=Come Organisation] and [l=Broken Flag] in the early 80s was important in framing the Streicher aesthetic, which led in turn to his friendship and collaboration with artists such as The Grey Wolves and Con-Dom in the early 90s. Since the release of the Streicher "War Without End" CD on [l=Cold Spring] in 2002 the project has been largely dormant, aside from occasional compilation appearances.
