Old name of the present Kungliga Filharmonikerna (The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra) of Stockholm, Sweden. Used from the orchestra's inception in 1902 up to a name change to Stockholms Filharmoniska Orkester in 1957. Another name change in 1992 gave the orchestra its present name. Please note that for any reissues, you need to credit the orchestra to the proper artist alias, guided by the recording date and not the issue date of the release.
