Still Life Still formed nearly a decade ago in the Toronto suburb of East York when the band’s members had just hit double digits and were barely tall enough to hold up their instruments. Brendon Saarinen (guitar/vocals), Eric Young (guitar/vocals), Derek Paulin (bass), Aaron Romaniuk (drums) and Josh Romaniuk (keys/percussion) have a bond that is instantly exposed with their live performances, which culminate in a pogo-frenzy of fans. Still Life Still’s debut album, Girls Come Too, is produced by Martin Davis Kinack and Kevin Drew (Broken Social Scene). At 2009's CMJ Music Marathon Still Life Still was one of Spin Magazine's '25 Bands To See.' The band has shared the stage with The Hold Steady, Two Hours Traffic, The Most Serene Republic, Steven Malkmus & The Jicks, and are currently on tour across North America with the UK's Wild Beasts.
