Sonar is a side-project of Dirk Ivens, former frontman of historical Belgian EBM band Klinik and now active as Dive. The music is a powerful mix of industrial, techno and noise. First releases saw Ivens working together with Patrick Stevens (Hypnoskull), then he was joined by long time friend Erik Van Wonterghem (Insekt, Monolith). Sonar is a great experience on stage, where the two members stand one face to the other, mixing their noise rhythms and throwing them to the audience.
