Silver Persinger

Richmond, VA visual artist. Owns his own business, Presto Sign Co., as a sign maker. Videographer of local bands, artists and council meetings. He ran for city council between 2002-2012. Though a socialist, he created his own party in 2008. The Free Party, which is now defunct. He's also held various jobs as a Gardner, Carpenter and Handyman.
