Shrimp Boat

Defunct Chicago band formed in 1985. They are considered precursors of the post-rock genre. They broke up in 1993, a few months after the release of "Cavale" LP. In 2004 Aum Fidelity label issued "Something Grand" - a compilation which includes tracks from throughout their career, almost all of them previously unreleased.
